Each Service Users will have their own individual person-centered care plan, which staff will be required to adhere to. This can be added to or amended at any time if the person’s needs change. Our team will get to know the individual’s personality and care needs and strive to promote the highest level of care. Achieving support that creates independence and is continuously enabling for the person in every way possible. We aim to offer skilled carers to enable Service Users to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. There is an expectation for all individuals who are cared for and who work for the company to be treated with dignity and respect always. All Service Users will be supported to make their own decisions, have choice and be encouraged to be in control of their own life choices as much as possible.

We will recognize the individual’s uniqueness, staff and visitors and always treat each person with dignity and respect. All individuals require and have the right to privacy and all information relating to them will be kept confidential, as per the Data Protection Act. Keeping our service users safe is our priority and whistleblowing and freedom to speak up is encouraged, throughout the care home. Individual’s will be supported to fulfil their ambitions and individualised programs for activities will be implemented to satisfy the needs of the Service Users.
